Beautiful Weekend!!

Hi everyone! It is going to be a BEAUTIFUL weekend in South Texas, so come on out and shop New Braunfels, eat at our fabulous restaurants here, like the Huisache and Myrons, have a chilled Chardonnay or a lovely red at Kork Wine Bar, visit my friends at the Downtown Antique Mall and by all means, come on over and visit us at Verdigris!! We have some gorgeous fall plants for sale, lovely garden mums for fall color, the most beautiful geraniums........come on in and check out the neat hummingbird feeders and windchimes, too! We received a lovely assortment of vintage linen kitchen towels - these are sweet, some with monograms, all thick and thirsty, great to use or to display!

It is not too early to start shopping for the people on your Christmas list, either, and we have some very unique gift ideas that you will not find anywhere else, from handmade collage quilties (these are fabulous, you HAVE to see them) to paperweights to cool folkart dolls and some really awesome jewelry!

Halloween is coming up quick, as well, and we have many vintage looking Halloween decor items, including some neat items to use if you are having a party instead of letting the little ones go door to door!

Hello friends and neighbors!!! Verdigris A Garden Boutique is now open and we are thrilled to be a part of the beautiful downtown New Braunfels neighborhood!! We welcome you to come by and visit us and see what we are all about. We are located at 1190 W. San Antonio Street at the corner of Hickory, just past Walnut.

We offer a wonderful variety of items including antiques, art (much of it from local artisans), gifts for most any occasion, beautiful, locally grown seasonal plants, jewelry, fun things you simply won't find anywhere else! You just have to come browse the shop from the front all the way to the back yard to find treasures and goodies to delight the senses and light up your whole day!!

We are open everyday - Monday thru Saturday we are here from 10 am to 6 pm and Sunday from 11 am till 4 pm. We offer gift wrapping, too, so if you need a quick gift, we are your one stop shop!!

We are proud to offer organic gardening and landscaping solutions, as well, and invite you to visit with us about organics and sustainable solutions for the benefits to our children, pets, and planet! We are eco-friendly and are totally into re-purposing, recycling and re-using - we find fun ways to use old to make new!! We have a local carpenter who makes GORGEOUS furnishings using reclaimed wood - you have to see his work - he is AWESOME!!

We have artists who make quilts, concrete stepping stones and garden art, crochet and knits in some of the cutest goodies you have ever seen, jewelry, folkart, apparel.........the list goes on!
